11.       Approval to reinstate Declaration of State of Emergency based on the findings that, pursuant to the continuing proclamation issued by the Governor of the State of Mississippi, a state of emergency continues to exist as a result of Hurricane Katrina and that, pursuant to the provisions of the Hurricane Education Recovery Act, federal funds have been allocated to address the educational needs resulting from this disaster

12.       Approval of establishing a new method for identifying successful school districts for use in MAEP calculations. The new method is based on the Achievement Model of the Mississippi Statewide Accountability System

14.       Approval of Transportation Density Rate Table to be used in the calculation of the FY 2006 Mississippi Adequate Education Program Allocation

35.       Approval to begin the Administrative Procedures Act process:  To establish New Endorsement Code #910 for Special Education (K-12) for Fundamental Subjects Test:  Praxis II 0511 as recommended by the

Commission on Teacher and Administrator Education, Certification and Licensure Development

36.       Approval to begin the Administrative Procedures Act process:  To revise Middle Grades 4-8 Endorsement Codes from 4-8 to 7-8 to Align with Highly Qualified Definition as recommended by the Commission on Teacher and Administrator Education, Certification and Licensure Development

37.       Approval to begin the Administrative Procedures Act process:  To establish the American Board Certification for Teacher Excellence (ABCTE) Alternate Route Program as recommended by the Commission on Teacher and Administrator Education, Certification and Licensure Development
